Returns & Exchange

Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply make sure you request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order.
Here’s how you can receive your RMA:
1.    Sign in to your account and go to “My Orders” page
2.    Select the order number you would like to return and click on Return/Exchange button
3.    Choose the reason you want to return the item
4.    If you would like to exchange an item for another colour, then choose the colour.
5.    To request a refund choose how would you like credited. It should be the same payment mode used for purchase (Note: store credit is valid for one year from issue date)
6.    Check the box to agree to our Returns Policy and click submit. You will then receive an email with your RMA number. (Please Note: The RMA number is valid for seven days)

How to return

Get an RMA as described above
Since some brands/suppliers accept returns only in case of a manufacturing defect, we need to take their approval
Once we get the approval we will contact you for a suitable date and time for item collection
Fill out the Proforma Invoice provided with the shipment
Fill out the Air Way Bill if required
Kindly ensure that you do not seal the packing till someone arrives for collection
Please make sure the item is ‘unused’, and in original condition


You can exchange an item for another colour only. For all other exchanges please use the Refund procedure and select store credits for a new purchase. The store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you are Outside UAE, you may have to pay taxes/duties on this.

Reasons for returns

An RMA can be opened for the following reasons:
•    The item is faulty or defective
•    The item was wrongly delivered
•    You do not like it
Important:  The item has to be returned unopened, in original packing. In some cases where the item has been opened, it should be repacked with all the accessories and contents of the boxes in an “as new” condition. Any free gifts that came along with the purchase should also be returned.
